Case Studies of Our Power Plant Design Engineering Services

The company’s experts took part in designing the following heat and power generation facilities: 

– Utilization of heat and power plant at the Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works

Our experts took part in developing basic and detailed engineering (development of P&ID diagrams, layout drawings) of a 150 MW CPP. The main fuel is blast-furnace gas, and the backup fuel is natural gas. The purpose of this station is to utilize the blast-furnace gas from metallurgical production and generation of heat and electricity for the own needs of the enterprise. The station is made according to classical technology and includes four steam power boilers and three steam turbines with a capacity of 50 MW. Our experts also took part in the architectural supervision of the construction of this CPP. 

GROSS deposit. Mining and processing plant GROSS. Coal power plant 16 MW.

Our experts took part in developing primary and detailed engineering (development of P&ID diagrams, layout drawings) of a 16 MW CPP. The main fuel is coal, and the backup fuel is diesel. The purpose of this station is a generation of heat and electricity for own needs of the mining and processing plant. The station is made according to classical technology and includes five steam power boilers and two steam turbines with a capacity of 8 MW.

– TPS POLIARNAIA in Salekhard 

Our experts developed basic and detailed engineering (P&ID diagrams, layout drawings) of the combined cycle 292 MW gas turbine unit located in a permafrost region. The station is based on combined cycle technology and includes two gas turbines, two steam power recovery boilers, and two steam turbines. 

– Astrakhan gas turbine cogeneration plant for own needs of the Astrakhan gas processing plant 

– Komsomolsk thermal power plant with a capacity of 450 MW 

– Construction of the TPP CCGT unit GSR Energo, Kolpino
